Gravel Road is a Country Rock and Classic Rock band located in the beautiful Tehachapi Mountains of California. The group has consistently been the favorite of the local scene, as well as Kernville, Bakersfield, and the Los Angeles area for nearly 20 years. Our music, whether it be original songs or cover tunes is well renowned throughout California. Dan Isbell, , guitarist, and vocalls   started the band with his father and sister. Over the years, there have been a few changes to the lineup. Kenny "Bo" Austin, Bassist and singer was first to join the group, in the early 90's. In 1998, Rich Valpey joined the group, and brought his southern rock guitar playing, and vocals to enhance the already great sound. Soon after, Rick Breneman was asked to be the drummer, and the lineup has been the same for the last 12 years. Gravel Road's premier CD/Album was a huge success, and landed the group a spot in a movie entitled Never Look Back, and also on Cable/Satellite TV for Game and Gear show, on the outdoor living network. This band continues to be a huge success throughout the region, and really loves the following of loyal fans and success that has made Gravel Road what they are today.
